All content created by Media Launch remains the property of Media Launch until full payment is received. After payment, intellectual property rights of the delivered content will transfer to the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

Media Launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will still apply.

10. Changes to Terms

Media Launch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
